Letta denies row with Cameron

(ANSA) – Brussels, October 25 – Italian Premier Enrico Letta on Friday denied rumours of a row with his British counterpart David Cameron at the European Council summit in Brussels.

”I was surprised when I heard reports about arguments that did not take place,” he said. Letta did not say whether he discussed with Cameron Britain’s alleged role in a US spy scandal allegedly involving tapped communications of Italian and other European governments.
