PItalian Foreign Minister Emma Bonino, who on Wednesday warned Ukraine was on the brink of civil war, said in a break from the ongoing foreign ministers’ meeting that the sanctions, whose approval was “imminent”, would include freezing the assets of those guilty of violence as well as denying them visas to travel to the EU./PPShe said visas would be made available, on the other hand, “for the wounded, members of civil society and dissidents”./PPSources said a list of names from both sides would be drawn up Friday./PPBloody clashes in the capital Kiev on Wednesday left 28 protesters, seven policemen and a civilian bystander dead, with 335 injured. On Thursday 70 more protesters were killed and about 2,000 injured. The Italian foreign ministry said Thursday it would summon Ukraine’s ambassador to Rome, Yevhen Perelygin, for talks on Friday.
